It shows a white screen when I try to sign in. What should I do?

To resolve the white screen issue when signing in, try the following:


  • Go to your mobile settings, locate Developer Options, and disable "Don't keep activities."

  • Clear the app's cache or data from your device settings, then attempt to sign in again.


If the problem continues:


  • Change your default browser to “Chrome.”

  • Turn off “Turbo” or “Game Mode” if applicable to your device.

  • Select your desired login options (Google or Play Games) in the App.

  • Select the additional menu (the three dots) on the browser screen.

  • Choose "Open in a browser".

  • Enter the login details.
