To resolve the white screen issue when signing in, try the following:


  • Go to your mobile settings, locate Developer Options, and disable "Don't keep activities."

  • Clear the app's cache or data from your device settings, then attempt to sign in again.


If the problem continues:


  • Change your default browser to “Chrome.”

  • Turn off “Turbo” or “Game Mode” if applicable to your device.
